IF you have completed your booking, you do not need to make a payment. should only be made after the class is finished.

Training details

  • Warm up your body by stretching for 10 minute.
  • Run or jump rope for 5-10 minute.
  • For those with experience, engage in shadow boxing for 10 seconds. For beginners, the trainer will teach basic stances and body postures, including Muay Thai guard, weapon techniques using fists, feet, knees, and elbows for 10 minute.
  • Kick the target 3 rounds, 5 seconds each, alternating with kicking the sandbag
  • rounds, 5 seconds each, totaling 30 seconds.
  • If you have the basics, the trainer will teach combat skills like Thai boxing techniques, evading attacks, and clinching. A trainer will demonstrate and teach these techniques for 3 rounds, 3 minutes each, totaling 9 minutes.
  • Exercise in each base prepared by the trainer for 30 seconds each.
  • Warm down with the trainer and complete the lesson.
